Guided Strength is a 12-week program starting on March 3rd, that provides extra support for you to feel confident in building strength & mobility.
What's included:
- Monthly 1 on 1 zoom coaching calls to work through specific issues or goals.
- 2 strength classes per week for you to follow
- Prescription exercises individual to you
- A whatsapp group chat for ongoing support throughout

We’re Ange and Marty, founders of The A Life and passionate movement coaches dedicated to helping people build strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.
Ange is an Osteopath with over 15 years of experience, specializing in movement, rehab, and injury prevention.
Marty brings years of expertise in strength training and functional movement.
Together, we’ve worked with people from all walks of life—especially those who’ve been held back by injuries or fear of getting started. Our approach is all about supporting you where you are, helping you move better, feel stronger, and gain the confidence to do the things you love—without pain or hesitation.
